I am 55% introvert, 45% extrovert.

I am a very social person, and have noticed that my social skills are variable. Sometimes I'm just completely on point: witty, fun, charming - all my interactions run perfectly. Other times I become very quiet, or find it harder to interact so well.

Brainwise I'm very balanced between left and right brain activities. I have a very IQ and high EQ too. It feels as though sometimes different parts of my brain are active - if it's the hardcore intellectual/analytical part I can be very intense, and at these times I find it harder to be my best social self. In this state, my mind works rapidly, but I find it hard to fluidly and eloquently express myself in a way that others can relate to.

Othertimes, there is a different part at work, in which I'm able to quickly 'free associate' and rapidly think up puns, comebacks, jokes and I'm very socially on point and fun and energizing to be around. In this state, I find it very easy to fluidly and eloquently express myself so as others can relate.

I usually find alcohol, marijuana or cocaine helpful in stimulating me to be more outgoing and fun, bringing out the better side of my personality.

Can anyone reccomend any supplements or other products which have worked for them?

Supplements can't solve every problem. I'd go to therapy. It's not a good idea to take drugs to be more social.

True, but they can work in this scenario. Supplements and Drugs can be effective if they facilitate social interactions that otherwise would not have taken place. The mental state / confidence derived from these interactions will carry over to non-drug facilitated social interactions in the future.

As to your question OP, the ultimate solution you are looking for will involve much trial and error.

Very broadly there is two categories of supplements, OTC stuff like herbs, minerals, and more potent compounds like Pi/Ani/Oxy[racetam] and Phenibut, and then illegal and/or Rx substances such as Cocaine, speed, and then ADHD Meds (Ritalin/Adderall/D-AMP), Selegiline, Valium, Xanax, etc.

SOME people have success with the former OTC stuff. Most people however require something with a little more oomph and probably the best compromise between safety and effectiveness is the ADHD medications combined with low dose of alcohol.

It is my opinion however that if you want to get things right you need to start with the foundations which is diet, supplementation, and exercise. My recommendation is a basic low-inflammatory paleo-type diet, strong foundational supplement stack: Vitamin D3, K2, Fish Oil, Lithium, ALCAR, Choline, and a few others. Then of course good exercise regimen so you are in shape and have great body composition which will help if there are any potential self confidence issues.

edit: Have a look through the Supplement and Nootropic forums for various threads relating to this subject. This avenue has been explored numerous times before in social supplements/party stacks/party supplements/disco nootropics/anti-anxiety supplements/supplements for confidence/etc

I just do not agree.
