--Sorry for posting another topic, but it seems not many people are replying at the other one perhaps because of title and i have changed my stack after more research.
----------

Hi everyone,

after more research on benefits and side effects etc... I have made a small stack and would like to know if the supps are safe to take together and i'm not overdoing it somehow.

my goals: I am looking to reduce sensitivity during sex and enhance performance & have a more "light\happy" mood since my mood is usually "heavy".

>>Stamina\sexual:

.Raw Maca powder certified organic (overall benefit, i heard great things about this)

.Dopa Mucuna (apparently decreases male organ sensitivity)
Velvet Bean Extract (Mucuna pruriens) (Seed) (min. 15% L-DOPA) - L-DOPA 120mg

.EGCg Green Tea Extract (apparently recommended to take with dopa mucuna)
Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinensis) (Leaf)(Standardized Extract)
(Contains 4 mg of Caffeine)[min. 98% Total Polyphenols, 80% Total Catechins, and 50% EGCg (Epigallocatechin Gallate)(200 mg)] 400mg

--------------------

>>Mood\stress:

Rhodiola:
(Rhodiola rosea) (root), hydroethanolic extract (min. 5.4% total rosavins and min. 0.9% salidrosides) 300mg

Ashwagandha:
Sensoril (Ashwagandha) (roots/leaves) (Withania somnifera) (8% Withanolides) 225mg

I read that these two work wonders when at low dosage like this.

//////////// I have also read good things about Muira Puama and Ginkgo Biloba, any thoughts?

I'm pretty sure L-Tyrosine is adherently safer then L-Dopa. I personally wouldn't take L-Dopa at all.

Ashwagandha has helped me in those 2 departments but I have been taking a non sensoril version. I have no idea which is better as I have not tried sensoril.

I saw a study where they didn't find any hormone altering substances or anything of that nature in maca and they thought the sole benefit of it was that it was a great source of certain minerals.

Rhodiola to me feels very similiar to caffeine but with no crash...Some other people feel differently though.

Mucuna has always had the opposite effect for me. Makes me more sensitive however refractory time is lessened. Rhodiola I've never felt anything from and I've tried gaia herbs, new chapter supercritical and mind body spirit brand.. Just a placebo herb in my opinion.
