Can you lend a hand developing this? The aims are mental sharpness, lower cortisol and better mood/energy.
I'm in a chronic high stress situation, so I want to avoid tolerance to the supplements. Is there anything you'd add? I'm 28 and pretty new to this subject.

Omega 3 1g
Phosphatidylserine 100mg
Vitamin D 2000iu
a.m. Rhodiola 250mg 1% salidrosides, 2.5 mg (cycling), p.m. Bacopa 250mg 45% bacosides
Multivitamin/mineral (pretty high B vitamins): Calcium 400mg, Magnesium 400mg, Vit C 500, Vit E 400IU, beta-carotene 5.5mg, Choline 100mg, Inositol 100mg, B1 50mg, B2, B3 60mg, Pantothenic acid 80mg, B6 75mg, B12 500mcg, selenium 200mcg, zinc 15mg, biotin 300mcg, lycopene 1mg, copper 1500mcg, Manganese 2mg, iodine 150 mcg

Occasional (weekly?) NAC or ALA to boost glutathione.

Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.
