What happend to that little Company which was able to freez a rabbits Kidney for months and to reimplant the very same kidney back into the Rabbit and bring it back to nearly 100% of its "pre-iceage" performance.
I saw a videoclip about that once, but i do not remeber their name.
Are they still in bussines, are we (imminst and members) donating money and work to help them get better?

I gather this is less of an idea, and more of an inquiry. But whether your intention was to lead this toward a suggestion for an idea or not, I wonder if we couldnt develop it into one anyways.

Can you do a little research and thinking on how we might consider involving ourselves with the projects of these people doing this work with rabbit kidneys?

To get involved in such things as vitrification, cryopreservcation etc. you either must be cappable of doing that, or to be able to pay for moving the things further.

Agree with seivtcho. We would need to fund a well staffed cryobiology lab to do the studies. Imminst/Longecity is currently evaluating a cryonics research project to fund with member support. Stay tuned.

From what I can see there are a variety of options for potential involvement with something like this. For example if a project could have been found a few months ago it could have been entered into our peer review line up for the project that Mind is talking about there. We (Mind) could potentially interview them. Sven could potential get an article out of them for the science initiative. We could help promote them generally if we had somebody updating us. They could join the science initiative, etc.
