My mum is undergoing a weightloss program where they supply her with what to eat and it induces ketosis. They also instruct her not to eat or drink anything else.
I'm wondering if there are likely to be supplements that she could or couldn't take (unrelated to weightloss), as there have been several things I've wanted her to try.
