looks like the company that i used to buy x-pur from is no longer selling it online. it was a good toothpaste with novamin and no fluoride. I'd like to continue with x-pur but I'm not sure where to buy it. Does anyone have some toothpaste recommendations that they know is available in Canada and has novamin and no fluoride? If I can't find something with novamin and no fluoride, then the next thing would be something that rebuilds tooth enamel, is non-abrasive and has no fluoride. Not sure what the policy is for posting links but you can pm if you like to a vendor's site

thanks

GSK has bought NovaMin Technology, Inc. last year and now they are now using it in their Sensodyne Repair & Protect toothpaste en several professional products. All of these contain fluoride. I have read that they will be phasing it out of the other brands, so you might want to stock up on fluoride free NovaMin toothpaste if you can find some. Not in Canada, but in the US you still can get Dr. Collins Restore Toothpaste with NovaMin.

thanks for the reply. Well, there goes novamin as I have no plans to get back to fluoride anytime soon. I'd like to continue with something that can rebuild enamel like novamin without fluoride but it doesn't have to be novamin. Anyone have some recommendations? Here's a few that I know of:

ecodent (abrasive and may harm enamel?, only hardens enamel?)

Dr Collins Restore toothpaste (heard mixed reviews)

apagard (pricey. if someone knows of a vendor that get it to Canada cheap, let me know)

apacare (not sure if they are fluoride free and if they ship to Canada)

BioRepair (not sure if it can be shipped to Canada. Any reviews?)

If someone has any additional input to the above including reviews or new suggestions, I'd appreciate it.
