I have recently been researching nootropics and plan to experiment over my final semester of university.
Here are my options
1) A mix of the following;
Daily dose:
These ingredients are combined in two different capsules so I realise some of the ingredients may not really work but I have no choice, and cant really drop any ingredients from the stack
Huperzine 180mcg
Vinpocetine 20mg
ALCAR 1500mg
R-Alpha Lipoic Acid 400mg
Rhodiola 500mg
Biotin 500ug
Thiamin 1.5mg
Niacin 20mg
Vitamin B6 2mgFolic Acid 400mcg
Vitamin B12 6mcg
Calcium 130mg
Phosphorous 105mg
Ginko Biloba 240mg
Soy Lecithin 200mg
Soy phospholipid complex 150mg
Toothed Clubmoss Extract 1.8mg
I play to cycle the above mix for one month on, then do a month of;
Piracetam 1600-3200 per day (in divided doses)
500mg of Choline per day
Then after a month of that go back to the first stack
Option 2: is to add the piracetam and choline into the first stack and take it all together for the 3 month semester
What do people think?
