And to totally skip the morning session?
Is it okay to brush your teeth once a day?

Why would you want to do that? My dentist recommends brushing twice per day (once in the morning and prior to bedtime) with an ultra-soft brush head.

I brush once a day and use a rinse once a day ... I havent had a cavity in 10 years and my dentist had said my gums are in perfect shape for someone a decade younger than me. He also told me to not change what I am doing because it is working.

I'm a morning brusher myself. Haven't had a cavity in ages, but my diet is pretty spot on, so that may have something to do with it. I think morning brushing is most beneficial because of the dreaded morning breath! I can't stand walking out and talking to people thinking,"dear god I hope I don't still have... MORNING BREATH"
I chew xylitol gum throughout the day to keep fresh, and it also decreases any chance of cavities.
Just my two cents bubba... you can do what you want, just don't talk too close to me ok?
