You get T(Thank You) points when someone up-dings a post of yours, or you do some work say for the editors or the art team.
Not sure how you get fractional points. You are ranked number 222 of all the people on the forum.

Thanks rwac. And negative points lower your score? Also, what about the 1-5 star rating at the top of the profile? does that affect your score as well?

IIRC the negative points do lower your score, but the star ratings dont affect the score at all.
