I browsed the abstract of several artcles, concerning the usage of stem cells for recovering brain cells in mice and left with the thought, that the recovery of rat's neural cells in the brain is something usual today.
Does anyone know something for the usage of sem cells for recovering human brain neurons and the effectivness of this?

You don't need stem cells to do that.
