I have been having these sinking dull aching headaches right between the eye slightly above and in between the eyebrows, sorta behind the eyebrows. I feel like its in my sinus/pituitary/pineal gland. It is accompanied by ultra ADD, memory loss, depression. YEA a neurologist would be an important concern. For the sake of argument lets answer the question, for the moment.

I do not know if one of my crazy herbs made this problem. Granted I have had varying degrees of the above symptoms for over 12 years. I use to have terrible dull headaches but never in such a specific place in between my eyes. It was always more behind my eyes. I blamed it on gluten allergy. I lost 145 lbs, headaches went away for a year an a half. Now they are back, and so is the really intense cognitive deficiency that I use to have when I was 350 lbs.

I observed that when I combined very ultra strong chocolate, reishi, cordyceps, ginsing, yerba mate, and drank it at about 5 am in the morning, the time of the morning I feel at my mental and spiritual peak, I felt a surge of energy go straight up towards the same spot of my head as I described in the first sentence. Now after that I immediately crashed. It felt as if I my head deflated. I felt terrible and shaky and out of it the rest of the day. I would get many "attacks" like that every morning throughout the summer, and the summer before, as I attempted to ingest stimulants. These were accompanied by IBS attacks.

The other day the most insane thing ever happened. I ate wellbutrin (prescribed), bacopa, and some 5htp went to bed at 9 pm. Woke up at 4 a,m in a very hyper euphoric state. Decided to go run a mile at dawn. Did, felt my nose nerves twitching and pulsing (use to do this when I was ingesting 3 or more nodos a day), knew that my morning "attacks" were about to come on, so I started putting a bunch of pressure on my nose bridge.

I did this for the next 6 or 8 hours consistently applying pressure to nose bridge, and I could feel the pressure resettling in that spot, it would subside the dull ache, and ASTONISHINGLY, I made it through the day with DRASTICLLY less cognitive deficit/brain fog. The most awful thing about my brain fog is it only subsides around 8-10 pm at night. I never even feel like a normal person until like 4 a.m in the morning and only if I am well rested. I have all sorts of severe personality and memory disturbances.

I do not know if I should take a racetam just for a prophylactic effect or not, since they do not make me FEEL smarter/better. But I am wondering what nootropic might protect my brain. I am pretty sure my brain health is bad. I feel like have worms in my brain, or heavy duty chemicals or metals. It sounds bleak.
