About half an hour ago I took my first dose of PEA, about 500mg. I haven't taken anything like it before. The time seemed to pass slower, I wanted to dance and sing etc. I also felt - and still feel - warmer.

However, I feel just normal at the moment; the effects passed so fast! I heard that hordenine will slow down the metabolism of PEA, is this true? And if it is, by how long?

Also, I tried to find some info about l-dopa but didn't find almost anything - what the hell is it? :P

precursor to dopamine. Mucuna Pruriens is a natural source.

Hordenine is an MAO-B inhibitor (substrate, competitive), so it will make the effects last for a few hours longer. MAO-B is the enzyme the breaks down PEA. L-Dopa can also be purchased as a bulk powder in some online stores.

EDIT: L-Dopa is the direct precursor to dopamine and can still cross the BBB, whereas dopamine cannot.

So could I use them together, since as far as I understand, they work synergistically?

Pretty interestering, thanks for sharing. I found a post about hordenine too that helped a lot :)

By the way, in my above post that I asked if they work synergistically, I meant pea/hordenine with l-dopa.

Yep. Try not to mix with coffee...
