Is anyone familiar with the subject? I find it slightly curious that although I am right-hand dominant, I am left-field vision dominant, and the left side of my body seems always to be in a state of tension. I tend also to have a terrible time with sustained attention. Actually, I had a bit of an experiment the past day or so, making it a point to employ the right side for support where in the past I've used the left. It seems to help, but I can't say for sure. Has anyone else undergone cross lateralization remediation training, or does anyone else experience a generalized tension on one side or the other?

I once started to use computer mouse with left hand (I'm right-handed) and first few days I felt confused, brainfogged and so on, but then I felt much better :) but after a while I felt normal again.

Topics about cognition are welcome in this section, as well.
