Humanity+ Hong Kong explores the role of advanced technology in transcending and transforming human potential, and will take place at Hong Kong Polytechnic University Dec 3-4 2011. This groundbreaking conference features lectures and panels that bring together and explore a host of transformative technologies, including medical breakthroughs for radical life extension, cutting edge humanoid robotics and artificial intelligence, neuroscience studies of spiritual experience, personalized medicine, seasteading, nanotechnology, femtotechnology, and much more!

Among the many highlights of the conference,

n Famed British longevity researcher Aubrey de Grey will discuss the latest developments in his SENS (Strategies for Engineering Negligible Senescence) project for prolonging human life to hundreds of years or more, using advanced medical science


n Skype co-creator Jaan Tallinn will discuss what his experience in the technology industry has taught him about the potential benefits and dangers of advanced AI
