I've been supplementing spasmodically for about 10 years experimenting with different pills and potions... But now I would like to get organized and build the ultimate supplement regimen and share insights.

Please suggest what I am missing.... or doing wrong!

I'd drop the following :
ginko biloba (max strength) x 3 --- no harm done but I don't believe it does anything.
pomegrannate 250 mg x3 --- no harm done but probably doesn't do anything.
vit c (250mg) once daily --- Unless you're diet is absolutely horrible you get enough anyways.
wheatgrass 1 table -- don't think it has any benefit.
B12 -- you are already taking 2 different multis that likely already have an excess of this included.

also I'd suggest you drop:
vitaberry 2 tabs (multivitamin and antioxidant)
multibionta (half tab to cover my ass) (multivitamin)
Replace these with a quality low potency multi-vitamin such as:
Vimmortal or OAR multi-basics

Megadosing certain vitamins is more likely to cause you harm than do any benefit...

Also don't get suckered by the whole antioxidant crazy. There is strong evidence that many fruits/vegetables high in antioxidants are good for you but not the antioxidants by themselves... It is far better to just eat the whole fruit/vegetable.

I would also recomend that you take fish oil (or some vegetarian substitute) for Omega 3's/DHA and otherwise avoid oils high in polyunsaturates. Avocado oil is a great substitute. Also coconut oil for low temperature uses <100C. Some might disagree on the coconut oil. You can find plenty of discussion on these forums on it if you search.

Vitamin D3. I'm surprised you don't have it inculded already!

Thanks a lot Bluenoise,

I will address these... and subtract for the more nutritous and natural versions - fresh pomegrante taste great anyway! I understand it has protective properties on endothial function. And since this is probably one of the leading causes of health problems, I thought it should be given some attention. Since reading Linus Pauling I got my hopes up on vitamin C... it seems to be a big player in our defence systems.

Aubrey de Grey mentioned about 7 prime causes of aging. One of them "glycation" as I understand - which is to some degree in our control. Is there a supplement I should add to cover these "prime causes" including glycation....? I'm about 3 years behind on the latest research in this area. When I last read about it - L-carnitine was a goer...?

I cut out all fat apart from fresh nuts, avocado, high polyhenol olive oil and olives... Olives I think have been well underated in terms of assisting antioxdiant systems on a cellular level.... You should check out Anti aging firewalls blog on that....
