I searched the tubes for more anecdotes of this occurrence and I found only one.
Maybe it's something we are combining it with? I get a yawn attack when I do ~3g. Luckily it doesn't last for long, and maybe it's only the first times. I'll keep reporting.

Isn't it supposed to have all sorts of long-term good health effect? Carnosine and all? I mean, beyond improving your workout sets.

I have to give it to you: the type of contribution you make is really in line with your user name.

Beta-Alanine is a glycine-receptor agonist, which is in turn, an inhibitory receptor. Which is why a lot of people report feeling 'tired' or 'sleepy' on it.

Also causes low BP. Dosing is iffy. But if dosed properly it has positive effects.

That's interesting, thanks.
I'll take it before bed. I want the long term effects, not so much the pre-workout.
