Hello fellow enthusiasts,
I have been lurking and occasionally posting on these boards for quite a while and wanted to get some input on my regimen. I am in no way insecure about anyone telling me that "it's pointless to take this" or "maybe consider this".
My regimen is based on somewhat based on science to a point but it's a bit random too. I'm 29 a little under 6 foot and slightly overweight at 185. Want to lose maybe 10 to 15 pounds.
