Choline seems to have required a lot of capsule space and I think it would be useful to know how much each of the ingredients typically use eg. how much would fit in one 00 capsule? I mean this in the sense that something may only be 5% active ingredient and the other 95% will take up a lot of space. So if a suggestion is for 20mg of Vitamin X and 40mg of this form of Vitamin X takes up a 00 capsule, we know that 20mg is half a capsules worth.

Not sure if anyone has these figures to hand but I think they would be useful and would have saved a lot of anguish with the previous version.

I am sure there is a resource some where out there on the web, perhaps an excel spreadsheet or nice table that compares volumes of various extracts/nutrients. If anyone knows of such a resource, please post it here.
