Hi,

I believe that with cognitive training, diet, exercise and a long term nootropic supplementation plan are the key to achieving our maximum cognitive potential. I am looking to build a stack of supplements that improve the cognitive functions of the brain permanently. A lot of nootropics seem to be stimulants that will give you a "rush" for a few ours or at the most, a day. Stimulants are important and they do play their role, but I am more interested in finding out about nootropics that can be taken daily in order to increase cognitive fictions over a period of time. What are some nootropics that will help me with this?

Thanks

anything you do and anything you take in your body continually will have an effect,
even simple behaviors, all types of things that dont seem permanent can be causing LTP,
read up on potentiation if you want to read about "holding a change" sort of relates to permanent acivity in the brain,
read this http://www.google.co...f1GRhb1ueSMgP2w

read books on brain plasticity, anything could effect your brain really.

most things here may be able to be taken daily, but it may also depend on how your body personally reacts to them.
some suggestions are alcar, tmg, piracetam, but many people also cycle a few days off inbetween.

The simple answer is no. Evidence is very sparse and inconclusive for substances that can enhance cognition in the long-term. A drug that could improve cognition permanently would be the ultimate nootropic but we are still very far away from that point.

That's what we're all looking for dude :)

They already exist: cerebrolysin, semax, noopept. The best nootropics, ever.
