Until very recently, we had a Regimens forum, where people could post and ask questions about supplement and nootropic regimens. It has now disappeared, and posts that are supplement regimens, like Michael Rae's recent post, are found in a new forum called 'nootropic regimens' under the Brain Health forum. I think it's a reasonable idea to have a nootropic regimen forum (although it may end up turning into the default place for nootropic discussions), but I think we should have a 'Supplement Regimens' forum under Supplements. Regimen threads are resources for a lot of people, and it would be nice not to have them buried under a flood of posts, or hidden in a Nootropic forum.

They were a subforum in the supplements forum, which is where I think they should stay; or, better yet, a subforum for "noot stacks" should stay in the noot subforum, and health-oriented regiments be restored there.I agree. The nootropics regimens are mostly distinct from general health regimens. Were these in separate forum areas before?

If you can identify 30+ regimen threads that are different, we could have two of these subforums.

The first page is very brain health oriented, but if you look back a few pages, you'll see that there are a great many non-noot regimens. In fact, I think that they are in the majority, with recent posts either representing a statistical aberration or a shift in forum usage. At any rate, there are enough of each kind of post to justify both a supplement regimen forum and a nootropic regimen forum. If you move the nootropic forum back to supplements/supplement regimens, and create an empty brain health/nootropic regimens forum, I'll volunteer to move the more recent noot regimens into the new forum to get it going.I did consider this in the move but frankly the first pages of the 'regimens' forum looked extremely 'brain health' oriented.
