Hey health_nutty, how is the serine treating you? :D
I can't really tell if Phosphatidyl Serine is doing anything or not. I'm thinking of dropping it because it is pretty pricey.
Hey health_nutty??
What brand of Aniracetam do you use??
I was using SmartPowders, but have since dropped it because it can sometimes cause brain for me.

I find all the brain difficult to deal with too.

I was thinking in aniracetam to fight against brain fog (also derpression and anxiety). From your personal experience you think that aniracetam can deteriorate brain fog??
For some people it can. For me it seemed to cause lightheadedness and brain fog (intermittenly). Sometime choline precursors would seem to help the brain fog, but it was all very hit or miss. It did improve my memory however but the trade off was not worth it in the end.

Nice account of your experiences.
So do you think that the variable effects of aniracetam were not due to caffeine after all? Personally, it seems to make me zone out a little.
Would you say pramiracetam has been the best for you then?

Yes, Pram is by far the best racetam for me. The cost isn't bad either as I found the optimal long term dose to be 100mg twice a day.
