I saw these on nuts.com when I was getting some cocoa butter. It looks like they have ~10% linoleic. It sounds like they taste a bit like pumpkin seeds, which would be a nice substitute for some mexican foods.<table border="0" cellspacing="0" cols="2" frame="VOID" rules="NONE" style="width: 126px; height: 164px;"> <colgroup> <col width="86" /> <col width="86" /> </colgroup> <tbody> <tr> <td align="LEFT" height="17" width="86"> Fatty acid</td> <td align="LEFT" width="86"> Pili nut oil %</td> </tr> <tr> <td align="LEFT" height="17"> 14:0</td> <td align="RIGHT"> 0.05</td> </tr> <tr> <td align="LEFT" height="17"> 16:0</td> <td align="RIGHT"> 33.3</td> </tr> <tr> <td align="LEFT" height="17"> 16:1</td> <td align="RIGHT"> 0.3</td> </tr> <tr> <td align="LEFT" height="17"> 18:0</td> <td align="RIGHT"> 10.9</td> </tr> <tr> <td align="LEFT" height="17"> 18:1</td> <td align="RIGHT"> 44.7</td> </tr> <tr> <td align="LEFT" height="17"> 18:2</td> <td align="RIGHT"> 10.1</td> </tr> <tr> <td align="LEFT" height="17"> 18:3</td> <td align="RIGHT"> 0.53</td> </tr> <tr> <td align="LEFT" height="17"> 20:0</td> <td align="RIGHT"> 0.24</td> </tr> </tbody></table>http://lib3.dss.go.t...p991-997.pdfHas anyone eaten them?
