First post, so let me start by saying hello! I have been lurking for a while trying to learn what I can about nootropics, and have finally made my first order as follows.

500g Piracetam
500g Choline Bitartrate
500g Green Tea Extract
10g Synephrine

The reasons for taking Pir and Choline are obvious, I wanted to start with the green tea for the weight loss and antioxidant properties, but as I read more about it I found the L-Theanine would make a (seemingly) fantastic addition to this stack as well. Finally, synephrine for its appetite supression, thermogenic, and mild stim properties. The only questions I really have are, will there be any issues with taking these together, dosages throughout the day to reduce non-desirable interactions (if any), and does the green tea extract actually contain L-Theanine? These powders have all been sourced from Hard Rhino (any feedback on them would be appreciated as well) Thanks in advance for any help!

Looks like a good basic stack. What are you planning for the doses?

I would not use Synephrine due to safety worries. Caffeine is better studied and would be a better alternative.

I would agree with health nutty in not using Synephrine, its supposedly an alternative for ephedrine, which got banned for causing heart problems. If you're looking for weight loss I recommend you search youtube for the BBC documentary on fasting called "Eat,Fast and live longer". Basically you don't eat anything for 2 days every week and you will lose the weight.
