nootropichub.co.uk offers this. They say about it:

NootroCetam acts directly on nerve cells in the brain which results in greater receptiveness in the brain's corpus callosum. This area of the brain is responsible for the transfer of the data between the right and left hemispheres. NootroCetam improves verbal learning and appears to be a substance capable of extending the intellectual functions of man, even individuals already gifted with high intelligence and good memory. It has been found to have useful effects in the treatment of memory loss, age related memory decline, and lack of concentration. NootroCetam is also noted to improve creativity, speech, and memory recall and is increasingly becoming popular among university students.

Well, I can't find much about that substance.

Anyone know something about it, are there any studies?
