Thread title. I've read about people "taking it with" milk, but can you actually just stir it in the milk? Thanks, I just got my piracetam in the mail, excited to try it out tomorrow morning!

Yes but the consequences might be unpleasant.

I would recommend to just cap it. I tried taking it in several different things and resorted to just capping it. It takes less time to consume, less time to prepare with the proper mechanisms, and not too much more money as long as you buy the bovine caps.

I cannot express how horrible the stuff tastes, and it didn't seem to get any better for me after a few weeks. Think of the worst tasting medicine syrup that you have ever had, and that is how it tastes in grape juice, the liquid that I found makes it the most pleasant.

I always put it in water, as long as you drink it in big gulps, there's like a bad taste for only a couple of seconds for me, no big deal.
Never tried putting it in milk, though, but I can imagine it wouldn't be the best combination. I heard sour-isch fruit juice works good such as grape juice, but water works fine for me.

I just mix it in a small amount of water; one large gulp's worth. Open the throat and pour it down. It touches the tongue for such a short time you barely even taste it. Then quickly follow up with a larger amount of water to rinse the tongue and provide hydration.

Of course, you could chase the initial gulp with milk or anything else as well.

Taste is no big deal compared to something like Sulb. I take half my dose sublingually, then wash it down after a couple minutes with water.

You are right, but with milk? :-) Yeah Subutiamine is pretty gross, so is Aniracetam imo.

Supplements shouldn't be mixed with milk at all, since milk calcium, proteins and what not will hinder proper absorption. Take it with water/juice/alike and you'll be safe.
