Been a long time lurker of the huge astragalus thread

and based on greenpowers findings i am going to try out astragalus. And while i am at it, might as well begin cycling it with resveratrol.

One of these days i might just vist my doc to get GH and maybe testosterone on prescription.. also to combat old age (pushing 40).

I used to take r-alpha lipoic acid .. but i understand that that is a bad idea with the res.. So backing off of that.

I don't know of any reason not to combine them. Whether or not you want to take one, the other, or both is another matter. That would depend on your health conditions. I don't think that either is a magic bullet for healthy people. You guys might want to check out the C60 threads...

Awesome tip on the C60 thread but now I'm bewildered by the choices and purpose of choosing any antiaging supplement over another - or in combination.
