I have a fully adjustable TENS unit I use for this, just slap the patches behind my ears. I know I've hit the right level of stimulation at the onset of vertigo, which is brief but followed by a slight "drunken" feeling. This resolves as soon as the stimulation stops & I'm left feeling relaxed. I have no idea if it's just placebo or if it's actually accomplishing something, but subjectively it improves well-being. I've informally experimented with the enhancement potential while performing a series of trials on Luminosity & Cambridge Brain Science & consistently scored lower across the board while stimulation was active.
