Is anyone still successfully taking Pramipexole for long term, treatment resistant depression.?
If so, how long did the sedation side effect last and was there any immediate benefit ( i.e. first 1-2 wks), with the most sustained beneficial effect after reaching the maximum dose, around 4.5mg ( taken as 1.5mg x 3 daily)?.
I am now on a dosage of 1mg x3 daily, very slowly titrating up over the last month as suffering greatly nausea and sedation side effects at this stage.

Hey Dottie, did you have success with Pramipexole for your depression? And if so, what are the benefits you experienced?
