I've seen a lot of people with a great deal of knowaldge about the brain on these forums. My question is what textbooks/websites/books did you find the most helpful? What is the fastest way to get up to speed on how the brain works? Did you learn everything you know through college classes? Reading pubmed? Wikipedia articles? Assume I have a high school level understanding of how the brain works.
My goal is to put together a practical explanation of exactly what it is I am doing to my brain and body when I take these different supplements.
