How do I categorize my pre-existing blog posts?

I can't figure this out. The help function doesn't really work on this site.

Thanks for allowing us to see how many times each blog post has been viewed.

For that matter, how do I categorize my new blog posts? I just made a new one but I could not find a way to put it in the categories I have made.
