I am going to start doing some more cardio, I am looking for a way to support brain and smooth tissue nerve growth, also I want to increase vasularity boht in the brain and body. Hopefully there is some supplements that can increase the growth of capillary/nerve network in the brain?

Can anyone recommend any specifik supplement for this?

BTW: Would increasing bloodpressure help for capillary growth?

Interesting, seems to have a low profile with side- effects comparing to benefits as long as you stay on low dosages.

Do you have any referencedata to your claims?

Gingko biloba increases and maintain peripheral microcapillary circulation (especially in the eyes and brain). However, I've not read any research that it actually causes capillary growth.

Have a look at Lion's Mane - it is known for its neurogenesis capacity.

It´s an endangered species in my country and it is not a popular supplement so nobody sells it. I am thinking of buying some to grow myself, question is if this is sufficient enough to make a daily dose? Also is it possible to use it as tea instead and is it enough for neural growth?

Ginkgo, gotu kola, green tea, steamed green vegetables. Avoid drugs, alcohol, marijuana, tobacco, etc. Avoid too much caffeine and sugar. Live healthy. I would not take hormonal substances for this purpose.

No. High blood pressure destroys the sensitive capillaries.
