Is smoking a dopamine or acetylcholine deficiency?

I have seen arguments for both sides and was wondering if anyone knew if smoking is a result (primariliy ofcourse) of dopamine or acetylcholine lack?

I thought smoking raises both? Perhaps the self medicating is caused by a deficiency of both but I honestly don't think so.
