Been having good results with vinpocetine again. This is all i am taking at the moment and only 10mg in the morning once a day.
I used this years ago taking 10mg 3 times a day with really good results, had a break for a bit then started up again at the same dosage and got really tired and light headed.
So now all i am taking is 10mg in the morning with no negative effects this time. Most people recommend 30mg but it is just too much in my opinion, especially seeing all the negative stuff around from peoples experiences with vinpocetine.
You don't "feel" it working, but you just notice (and other people notice) your working better, coming up with better ideas and understanding things better.
Been on the 10mg a day for a while now, and thought i would try upping it the other day to 20mg and yep knackered and lightheaded again, so back to the 10mg a day.
This is the most effective nootropic i have tried which is why it's all i'm taking, and i have tried ALOT! With no negative side effects at this dose.
