Hi everyone,

I've been taking

Piracetam 3200mg (nootropil by ucb)
Sulbutiamine 200-400mg (3 out of 7 days)
L-carnitine
Fish oil

Used to take lecithin but it gave me headaches so I dropped it and felt a lot better.

I just received piracetam in powder form from a USA-based supplier and started with a morning dose of 3.2g, but I can't get along with my work and have this huge brain fog... I'm eating enough choline-packed foods.

Is it the Piracetam dose or a lack of choline?

Thanks

I just upped my morning dose to 3.2grams motivated by some testimonials in this forum, just to get huge brain fog... I

Btw, I remember reading the answer to this question somewhere in this forum but I'm unable to find it now due to decreased cognitive capabilities
