Review my first nootropic stack

Hello! First of all, hi to everyone. This is my first post in the forum and the first time i will use a nootropic stack.

I have put toghethert this:

- 750 mg aniracetam (in the morning, after testing the effects if satisfied plan to do 750mg twice a day)


- 1000 mg omega 3 capsule ( 60% EPA 15% DHA) (morning)

- 1000 mg flaxseed oil capsule (484mg Alpha Linolenic Acid 10 mg vitamin E)(morning)

- 500 mg Choline Bitartrate (plan to up to 500mg twice a day when/if i increase the ani)

- 500 mg Alcar (not sure about the dosage of this, but i think it will suffice togheter with the choline)

- 2-3 g creatine monoidrate (morning).

- 85 mg DMAE twice a day (morning, early afternoon) *not sure about keeping this. This is the only one i take right now, but i have not clear if it is cholinergic, anticolinergic, if it does good or not. Subjectively it make me a little speedy if i take to much. the capsule is 350 mg pure dmae (600mg+ bitarttare), usually i open one and use the poweder sublingual for 4 doses, so it last me two days. One a day in one dose is too much, so i split it in 4 and it seems to increase my concnetration and alertnees.

- 3 mg melatonin + valeriana officinalis 50 mg before bed

- 30 mg sublingual banisteriopsis caapi extract before bed (made by me, these are beta carbolines that inibits mao a. Give me a good mood and a calm feeling and help with anxiety and mild depression.)

What do you think? It would be used to aid memory, concentration, aid sexual performance, increase testosterone (since i dont eat a lot of omega with diet. im at 380 mg total test, a little low for my age, even if the urologist say it's ok) and keep my mild depression at bay.

Fell free to give me your opinions and suggestions :)

I don't have enough experience to help on this, but interested by ways of increasing testosterone (which is even lower than yours :/)

Seems an alternative to testosterone replacement teraphy could be clomid, if you can find a doctor that give you a prescription. Or if you wanna stay natural try alcar and forskolin. Seems they work. Alcar doesn't augment testosterone but it cope with the sexual effects of low testosterone, aiding your sexual life. Also consider your mood because stress it's one of the major causes of low testosterone.

Another promising supplement is D-aspartic acid, but it seems it raise also estrogen. So i thinks it's best taken with an anti aromatase. But you can find better info lurking bodybuilding.com forums for some DAA logs.

First two days with aniracetam. Stil have to receive all the other supplements, so right now im taking ani 750mg in the morning+ 1/2 dose of dmae (80mg), 2 g creatine and a multivit.

So far the effects are strange, i fell something for sure, it doesn't seem very nootropic tough, im almost high... I feel like im on amphetamine, my head is light, feels strange and i think im not in the state of studying.

Aniway i've read that the starting fays of ani supplementation can make one a little spaced out, so we'll see.

Don't think you'll find anything that really increases testosterone substantially but DAA does seem to have an effect in some people - http://testosteronem...rtic-acid-8122/ as does ZMA. Clomid may help a bit too but wouldn't use that personally.

Chronic usage of 3 mg of melatonin seems to be a bit hasty/high unless you've done extensive research or have an existing sleep disorder. Even then it is often suggested to find what is causing the sleep disorder rather than cover it up by supplementing with a hormone.

I might suggest something lower. Perhaps a 750 mcg time-release capsule?

If you do have existing research, could you send it my way? Otherwise I'll look some up when I wake up and make another post. I'm about to get some sleep (ironic, eh?) and I just saw this thread.

I take melatonin not much for the sleep disorder, more for the health benefits (cancer prevention, migraine prevention, parkinson disease prevencion, general reduction of free radicals, etc)

In topic:

Im 5 days into the aniracetam regime. I've not receveid all my supplements, currently im on dmae, ani, and melatonin.

I've used 750 mg of ani the first two days, 1500 in two administration the third and foruth, and 375 mg morning and 187,5 mg afternoon today.

I can tell that today, even at an lower dosage, i felt the aniracetam strongly. I experienced the increased saturation of color that someone speak of for the first time.

I'm taking a daily log where i write experienced cognitive and mood effects, and i started training with dual n back (never done before).

So far my score is increased from 2,20 to 2,60 in three days, and i feel more confortable with d3b (prior to ani, it was really a mess). Could be im normally adapting to the game, or could be the ani is helping me. We'll see. In a mont i will publish the log here.

It's impressive how memory works. It's responsive to training like a muscle is. Im 3 days in d2b training and today i've reach d4b. Two days ago it would seem an impossible feat. Dunno if it's a normal response or if aniracetam is aiding.

This is even more impressive if i consider tonight i have slept very bad, and only for 5 hours (with one hour awake after 1,30h of sleep because of nightmares).

Also, excuse me if my writing is bad, but i'm not a native english speaker.
