I am hoping to get started in the right direction. I am looking to delve into nootropics for Motivation/Energy, and concentration abilities as I have a learning project this summer that seems overwhelming and I just want to improve my learning abilities. Anyway I am leaning more toward trying only one nootropic perhaps Pramiracetam, but I am open to suggestion? Whichever nootropic I take it would be with a multivitamin, fish oil, and CDPCholine. I am hesitant to stack right away as it seems like I wouldn't know what was working or what wasn't if I mix too many things? Also is anyone familar/ can vouche for Build Your Own Blend as a good supplier. I am based in the US.
