As the topic states this is my first time trying cognitive Enhancers and after looking through the web for a while i came up with this regimen:
-DMAE
-Ginko
-Piracetam
-Alph GPC
-Melatonin
-Choline
-Gotu Kola
-Acetyl L-Carnitine
-omega 3
-Coq10 W/bioperine

could anyone enlighten me as to any discrepancies or any additions that could be immensely helpful?
(i have read of the other raceitams but decided to start with this one as its most common and lightest of them)
thank you in advance.
any knowlegable input is greatly apprecieated

Fogot to add i am 21 years old and am phisically fit but am increadibly prone to quickly losing concentration. i do not wish to take any prescription strength drugs such as adderall
but would be really greatfull for for any alternatives.

What's Kola supposed to do? I seem to recall it just being a blood thinner/antiox? Melatonin is a sleep aid so you'll wanna take that at bedtime. Overall it looks like a good starter stack :)

thank you:
Centella which is another name for gotu kola is a mild adaptogen, mildly antibactirial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antiulcerogenic, anxiolytic, nervine and vulnerary, and can act as a cerebral tonic, a circulatory stimulant.
