Wow. Hate to bump an old thread, but...
On websites like 4Chan and the like, it is not uncommon to witness a "Cut vs. Uncut" battle... I wouldn't have expected to find such subject matter here. Regardless, some of these posts are just ridiculous.
First of all, I am a circumcised male, and I do not (seemingly) experience any loss of sensitivity what-so-ever. In fact, I have so much sensitivity that I used to have a problem with premature ejaculation. My Wang Johnson has provided me with orgasms that have literally almost made me black out (I may have been on MDMA at the time... :P). Platypus, I'm sorry, but your "theory" that circumcised men can only get off from slamming the pussy is just ridiculously wrong, at least in my personal experience as well as a lot of my friends. I literally LOLed when I read that; where did you even get that idea :P Besides, even if you were right, that would only give us an advantage over you in sexual endurance (well, unless it was to the point that the person was unable to cum).
Second, I don't see what the big deal is... I never have with any of these debates :S I know a lot of guys who are cut, and a lot that are uncut, and we're all basically on the same boat; besides a little skin, your dick, my dick, and that guy's dick over there... they are all more-or-less the same dick. Just be happy you have a dick and not a vagina! (I'm kidding, but bring it on anyway feminists of Longecity!).
Anyway, since I'm already replying, I might as well make an argument for team circumcision: Somewhere around 75% of girls I have been involved with in the past have vocally expressed (no idea how this even came up) that they prefer circumcised dicks. Now, in the defense of my uncut brethren, their reasoning was not really all that valid: they believed that uncut guys had less hygienic tools. If I understand the matter correctly, being uncut has more potential for nasty stuff to accumulate... I can at least attest that I have never had anything nasty on my dick, since I don't have a flesh-hood. Honestly, as far as this goes though, different girls like different types of dicks I guess. I am also from Canada, and there seem to be more cut guys here then uncut. My extensive knowledge of penis statistics is coming from serious grade 6 recess discussions, so take it with a grain of salt.
Well this has been an interesting post... but anyhow, now you have it straight from the (circumcised) horses mouth: Yes, I had the little bit of skin on the end of my penis snipped off during my first moments of life, and I couldn't be happier! I love my one-eyed wonder-weasel, and I experience no lack of sensitivity. But I actuallly really enjoyed writing this post, so thanks for the lulz.

Just because they appear different doesn't mean they're substantially different. I suspect the observed difference in texture is due more to the warm moist environment - one's flush with goo, the other's dried out.
