Yep. Now I'm picking which brand to get, the cordycepsreishiextracts dual extract or this one:

I have no idea which to get. They are both intriguing to me.

Food for thought, or rather my new-found pride for my nootropic stack and need for attention:

SP has legitimate bulk nootropics. Somewhat hard to find these days.

As evidenced by emails I'm getting about sending $500 to Cameroon through Western Union for a KG. of Coluracetam.

I don't know what's worse- the quote from Cameroon or the $50,000 from ACCorporation.

Don't want to poke holes in your epic stack, but why both L-Tyrosine and NALT? Apart from the acetyled form being more bioavailable, they're the exact same substance, maybe save some cash next time by sticking with one (I'd definitely just go with N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine, love that stuff)

Oh I only use NAT l in the stack; the Tyrosine was a freebie.

3) In my own experience, anywhere from 2-5 grams per day, split into 2 doses, seems ideal. I have not experimented with higher doses due to cost. At this dose, I get acute effects, including:

- Improvement in vision (higher contrast between distinct objects, greater colour saturation, and enhanced depth perception).

- Improvement in short-term memory (excellent for information rich jobs or activities).

- Greater equanimity (more stable mood, mild anxiolysis)

- Reduced stomach distress (can reduce the unpleasant effects of acidosis or bad digestion)

All these effects are non-placebo (you may ask and challenge me to produce the grounds for such assertion if you wish), and are consistent with the scientific and anecdotal/historical literature on this mushroom.

Hello Heraclitean,

I'm not challenging you, but could you post some links to studies on Lion Mane's effect on stomach distress? I would like to send them to my gastrologist.

My Lion's Mane capsules arrived in the mail today. As soon as I manage to get anything closely resembling 8 hours sleep in the one night I am going to start taking them.

Both powder and capsules. I can't vouch for them yet as I still have some from a previous supplier to finish.
