So I was thinking that after college (long way to go), when I start getting a stable income, I would maybe get a dental veneer. My teeth aren't falling out or anything, but they aren't that great either (some are really worn out). Is it worth it to get a veneer for that "model look"? Any dental health/miscellaneous hazards I should be aware about?

At your age, they really shouldn't be worn out. I'd talk to a dentist about that- if you're grinding your teeth in your sleep, for example, the sooner you deal with it, the better. You might want to try bleaching or tooth whitening, at least for the time being.
