After applying the sunscreen is it possible to check somewho wether you are UVB and UVA protected?

Just to remind you that we need UVB and the sunscreens might be really toxic.
One part of avoidance of skin cancer is to have a good D3 levels. IMHO
the preferred way is to get it from sun UVB, which produces on our skin the vitamin D3 sulfate, which is hydrophilic. Sunscreens can interfere with the body’s production of this important vitamin.
Increased UVA exposures and decreased cutaneous Vitamin D3 levels may be responsible for the increasing incidence of melanoma:
