Sleep learning isnt all that popular. Its barley even studied but it has to be one of the most exciting things I have stumbled upon.

I was researching sleep learning for 2 years on a private forum for researching everything health to money and even ESP.

I had a mental health issue when I started to do the research with the team. I wont go into detail of what it actually is because I don't feel comforatable with the title because it has many many misconceptions.

The first thing I used sleep learning for was my "mental health issue" I was having really bad side effects from the medication and the drugs were not having an effect.
So I made a statement with my microphone as instructed by the team and played it thru the night.
It went something like
"___ is a good drug I experience only positive working effects from it"
I recorded it while having happy excited emotions in my voice.

Let me mention its not easy to listen to one statement played over and over again on loop all night but I got used to it with some help with a natural sleep remedy.

I noticed effects from day 1 and they almost doubled every night of use. After a week of listening to it at night my SSRI was actually pleasurable and I enjoyed taking it. Dizzyness completely gone, confusion late at night gone. No sexual related problems.

I only listened to it for about 15 days until I was sure it wasnt just my imagination or a placebo effect.
The best part Is the effects stayed.

So I guess I'm making this post to share my experience and let others know that this exists.

If anyone else is interisted in this please let me know on this topic and I can help you along the way or with a specific problem.

Are you sure your previous negative view towards the medication wasnt placebo? Its very easy to believe that a medication's noticeable side effects outweigh its not-so noticeable benefits. it takes a while for one to judge an SSRI's therapeutic effect, as it usually can only be done objectively.
