Has anyone experienced positive effects from CDP-choline in the way of increasing dopamine receptor densities? Things like permanently improved mood or inclination to socialize?
Or has anyone experienced negative effects associated with said effect?

Interesting. Thanks. I tried to find some reason behind it, and I ended up reading more into the positive effects of citicoline. It sounds miraculous.I've experienced the first while taking 250mg a day for a month or so, effects started first day and eventually got super strong and lasted for about a week after I stopped or so. I don't know if this is due to increased dopamine recetors, but it isn't due to it being a choline source.

I took a gram per day for a few years. A few weeks ago I bumped it up to 1400mg per day. I take it in divided doses.
I never really noticed anything concrete. I think I might lower my dose to 750mg or so, just for a general supply of choline.
