I noticed http://www.nootrabiolabs.com sells piracetam and other nootropics. Anybody have experience with them and can elaborate on their product quality?

I received a product from them purportedly phenylpiracetam which did not work at all like other name-brand phenylpiracetam products. They then refused to give a refund. I wasted 70 dollars. Of course, this experience doesn't translate to their other products.I second this request for anyone to confirm good products from NootraBioLabs.com...
