The strongest one probably would be something like VSL #3 (DS if your insurance covers it). It's not something you get from iHerb or Swanson's, however. The DS version is prescription only.
As for OTC brands, I like culturelle (Lactobacillus GG). A number of people seem to like Jarro-Dophilus EPS, which is a mix of several strains, but I never looked into that one much.
Why do you feel a need for a probiotic? Recently take antibiotics? Or have a digestive issue?
