Most potent probiotic

I'm looking for a strong probiotic to re-introduce good bacterial flora into my gut and help flush out the bad ones.Which would you recommend that are available on iHerb or Swanson?

The strongest one probably would be something like VSL #3 (DS if your insurance covers it). It's not something you get from iHerb or Swanson's, however. The DS version is prescription only.
As for OTC brands, I like culturelle (Lactobacillus GG). A number of people seem to like Jarro-Dophilus EPS, which is a mix of several strains, but I never looked into that one much.
Why do you feel a need for a probiotic? Recently take antibiotics? Or have a digestive issue?
