Ihave copied and pasted from the website for everybody's convinience below. There is A LOT of stuff in this. I assume that were I to take it, I'd probably have to not take anything else that day. Concerns about subultamine and the mao implications of this product. I take picamilion and FO as well. VERY wierd that they have DMAA in it, to say the least

I've been taking it pretty much since the day it came out (about a month now). I'm new to racetams and am very curious to dabble. I figured I'd try something "pre-engineered" to start for kicks as costs wasn't really an issue. When I get to my computer I can type out a more detailed review or answer questions as best I can if anyone is interested.

Ditto. Will probably try noopept soon as there's a reasonable amount of positive feedback, still yet to find anything considered a complete all rounder.

hey everyone,

apologies for the late reply, as ive been caught up in my work. Epiphany D1...

Id like to start off by saying that Cerebral Health was top notch with shipping, customer service and seemingly quality ingredients. Why i say seemingly? Well, I'm far too new to racetams to be a fair judge, this being my first experiment with them. Please excuse my lack of chemical terminology in this brief review. I havent wrapped my head around all the jargon as of yet, so this will be simply in layman's terms.

Day 1 - I followed the directions to the letter, morning empty stomach, took 1 capsule. 10 minutes later followed up with some omegas and a glass of milk for the fats. Literally within minutes, everything became visually more vibrant as well as audibly. Now, two things here... At this point; being a skeptic by nature, I recognized that this could easily have been placebo based on my expectations, and also, im somewhat sensitive to things that go on in my body. Very.. So, an effect that may be profound to me, may very well be non-existent to someone else. We are all different to a certain extent. During the first hour, i started to feel a little overwhelmed and somewhat anxious. This receded quickly but not a great feeling none the less. The one thing i really noticed also was an increase of spatial recognition which i really enjoyed.

Day 2 - Did the same in the morning, but followed up with a second dose at around noon. I completely disregarded my usually morning coffee during these initial days, because of the energy i seemed to be getting from this one single pill. They advertise a "clean no jittery energy" but it made me feel slightly anxious again. Had the same effect but not nearly as profound as Day 1. I noticed that i utilized some vocabulary that i wouldn't usually use. That was fun. Had very noticeable yet fleeting headaches within 1 hour of ingestion, which made me ponder whether or not the Alpha GPC dose was appropriate for me. That deduction could be completely incorrect, but its just an assumption i made based on my "entry level" research on nootropics.

Day 3 to Day 7 - I continued with the spacing of the doses the same as Day 2 (morning and noon - 1 capsule each). At this point my body seemed to become more acclimated and thus less anxious with the doses. The downside to this? Well, I still had the effects, but again, not like that first day. Much more manageable yes, but not as exciting.

Day 7 - Day 30 - I started taking the full dose of 2 capsules. Definitely noticed an increase in effects detailed above. I kept myself busy and found i got an enormous amount of work done. Im usually pretty decent with numbers, but i found i was able to remember some fairly long strings just by glancing quickly at them. Less calculator work and more "in my head" calculations.
As the month progressed, the effects of Epiphany D1 slowly yet steadily decreased, to a point where 2 capsules just woke me up and wore off by noon. Maybe i am just used to them now.

Right now, i am taking a break from them. I still have one full bottle, so i will give them a shot again after a 1 week hiatus.

This being my first shot at racetams, i think the mistake i made was trying something with so many ingredients. It is very difficult to narrow down which are doing what. I really am interested in giving a standard piracetam regime a try next. If anyone has a handy link or a suggestion on what i would need to purchase for giving that a try, it would be greatly appreciated.

Will i buy Epiphany D1 again, probably not. Will i buy from Cerebral Health again, definitely.

Looking at the ingredients, it's mostly a stimulant. Using it daily will lead to major tolerance and likely withdrawal issues. MAOI activity is negligible, they activate the PEA with hordenine which is more a preferred substrate than an inhibitor to MAO-B. Should be fine with an SSRI, except if its one of those that inhibits certain liver enzymes, in which case I'm not commenting.

Occasional use for a big boost in energy should be fine, unless you're prone to anxiety. I wouldn't expect much on the nootropic side, they're not likely to have fitted enough 'racetam in there for that.

Thats really a shame....im looking for something I can take daily without losing effectiveness/building tolerance or negative effects. Maybe we should all just drop these noots and exercise a whole lot....

My experience with Epiphany D1 has been quite different than yours -- almost the polar opposite.
I'll write a longer and more detailed post later -- but for starters, I didn't feel it as a stimulant. In fact, the first time I tried it I was a little over-caffeinated and it actually calmed me down and got me into a focused state. I took two pills, ate a little food (there's fat soluble racetams) and I become calm, lucid, and ready to work. I was very pleased. For better or for worse I experienced none of the heightened spatial awareness or visual/auditory vibrancy you reported. But since those effects are just a bonus -- albeit a fun one -- I was just happy to be able to get my work done in a timely manner.
The truth is, I almost wish it had given me more energy, more of a boost. But since there's other ways to achieve that I wasn't too disappointed.
I'm now a little over a week in and I'm taking 2 or 3 a day. It's nice, though more subtle than I would have expected given that considerable hype.

Thanks for typing up a review. It was interesting to read the differences between us both trying the same supp. I actually started E-D1 again this week and am having the same results as before, but minus anxiety related symptoms. Pretty speedy for me still though.

Cheers

Yeah, that is interesting. I promise I'll send a more detailed description of my experience as it unfolds. You know, I'm such a coffee addict that I wonder if it's made me somewhat immune to the speedy effects of things. Then again, when I tried Modifinil I found it too stimulating -- so who knows.

I have been using Epiphany D1 for about a month now. I will preface this review by stating that I previously used Cerebral Health's Synaptine, many years ago, and am still looking for something that will work as well for me (with respect to cognitive improvement) as that did. Hopefully, Cerebral Health will manufacture it again. Anyhow, the Epiphany has not effected any increase in energy for me. No physical stimulation whatsoever. What it has done, is improved my mental recall capabilities, allowing me to use a variety of words that I have not uttered in a considerably long time. My memory has definitely improved, although, not to the same degree as with the Synaptine use (you can tell I really miss that supplement). In addition, I tend to get aggravated very easily. The Epiphany has kept me more on an even keel, and I notice that various little things that aggravated me in the very recent past, do not seem to bother me that much now. I will add to this that the only medication I take is Nature-Throid for Hashimotos thyroiditis. I definitely like this supplement, but do not view it as anything totally amazing.

I would agree completely with your description with one exception: it sometimes made me irritable. Glad it had the opposite effect on you.

Also, it appears CH has Synaptine Blue, so you should be thrilled.

Sadly, Synaptine Blue is not the same thing. The Synaptine that I was taking did not have any herbals. It had piracetam (as one of the primary ingredients), Alpha GPC (secondary) and perhaps two or three other ingredients (no other "racetams"). Apparently, it was the combination of all of these that did it for me. Initially, I thought that it was the piracetam by itself that was so great, so I ordered that. Did not work out. I'm considering ordering either the EPIQ Noopept or the EPIQ Piracetam. Either of those may most resemble the original Synaptine. It's probably been several years since Cerebral Health has stocked that product. Have you tried either of those EPIQ's? Any input on them would be appreciated.

Haven't tried those myself -- I think they're very new. But with such limited--and common-- ingredients it seems like something you could make yourself for far less money. That being said, I certainly understand the appeal of convenience.
Sorry for misleading you re/ the Synaptine :(

This sounds like a good ingredient list overall, but I find DMAA to feel pretty gross.

I got a pretty nice stimulant buzz the very first time I took it. But every time after that, it felt to me like all the cardiovascular effects of ephedrine minus any mental buzz. It also made me extremely irritable. I eventually just threw mine away after my resting heart rate shot up to dangerously high levels.

Has anyone tried this since they changed the formula? Would anyone recommend it based on the ingredients? I'm new to nootropics and want to try this before purchasing bulk of the individual noots.

I'm a bit wary of th caffeine as it might give misleading results, as I'm not sure if it is the racetams or the caffeine that if affecting me. Is that a fair enough critisicism?

Thanks

Hi Yall

I just a few days ago, received a bottle of this in the post! I find it to be quite effective, mind you I am using it in concert with Noopept 25mg and Piracetam 4x 800mg
I have played with taking the other's without the Ep-D and found the Ep-D gives me a softer and easier kind of focus, I guess some of you may be familiar with the racetam "over-drive" kind of feeling you can get, the Ep-D seems to offset this and make the whole ride a lot smoother, I also note a lessening of generalised anxiety ( a welcome side benefit )
Having tried lot's of these kinds of products over a period of 15 or so years, Id say I give this a 7 or 8 out of a 10!
HAPPY TRAVELS

D

BY THE WAY - I am referring to the latest formula - not overstimulating, if anything, its a gentle-yet-sharp=concentration-sense of ease-well-being and - mood boost!

Thought I'd follow up on the anxiety element.
Today I awoke with generalised anxiety, did not really want to get out of bed to face the day, anyways, after taking 2 Ep-D capsules (30 mins later or so)
I feel a distinct absence of the anxiety and a marked increase in my interest in facing the challenges of the day, along with a more balanced outlook in general!
The cost is acceptable for me, as I spend a ton of supplements for focus and anxiety, this works out at about $2 or $4 per day (depending on the dose)

I also like Noopept, Pramiracetam (at low doses) and Oxiracetam (when writing or creating music)
A word on Noopept, it has consistently produced a "can do" attitude in me, I find I am able to get things done and in general am far more productive while on low doses 3 x a day!

Hi all,

I’m using this supplement since 3-4 years. I’ve just finished my master in finance engineering last week and it was quite effective to boost my confidence and my focus. I took them every day since the end of my master and I’ve seen great improvement in my marks.  I passed from a B grade student to A+ one. The good thing is that it’s neuroprotective. I’m selling my remaining supplement on ebay (still sealed) from my July batch. There is no reserve on my auction and it starts at 1$ (worth 300$+). It’s almost as if I’m giving them and I hope it helps someone else as it had helped me.  I also included a noopept . (#261700985880)

You may also PM for more info. Ty and have a great day all.
