As I posted in another thread, I suffer from severe depression and retrograde amnesia from ECT. Trying to help my brain heal. I was on a lot of heavy duty meds for years and was med free for several months to let my neurotransmitters reset. I was doing well with my supplement regimine but I had to stop due to getting a tonsillectomy. I just started up with supplements again but I have been feeling awful post surgery mood wise so I asked my doctor if I could start on Wellbutrin. Due to my history with depression, responding to meds, and symptoms, I have a feeling that I respond better to meds/supplements that work on dopamine. From what I know Wellbutrin doesn't have too many interactions with other drugs/supplements but I thought I'd check on the off chance I was doing something counterproductive.

Basic stuff that should just be fine:
Daily Journey Multivitamin by MikroLing (ingredients here: http://www.mikroling.../labelpage.html , has some interesting little perks and the price/size is nice)
Extra B Vitamin Complex
5000+ IU of D2
Cal/Mag/Zinc (Looking into adding extra Magnesium L-Theronate because of muscle spasms and its effect on mood)
probiotic (Sedona Labs powder, many strains and high cell count!)
Chromium (studies have been done about this with depression, not sure if I'll refill when out)
5-MTHF 10mg (found an awesome brand, Metabolic Maintenance, offering this amount in one capsule non RX! not super cheap but cheaper than deplin)
Iron supplement (VitronC, I had low ferritin levels at the beginning of the year)
b12 Methlcobalamin spray

Extras for mental health/memory:
Lions Mane powder, want to say 500mg (not sure if I'll buy more because I haven't seen effects. Got the powder from mycoessentials)
powdered inositol (the scoop is 6 gms but I get diarrhea at high does so I am working to find a balance)
Relora (due to a test showing I had low DHEA and high cortisol, I use the Now Foods brand)
Vital brain powder (ALCAR, PS, and alpha GPC, ingredients here - http://www.vitalnutr...uct.aspx?ID=146 . Just started this needing a better choline source and wanted to try PS due to stress/cortisol as well as ALCAR so a good mix for me)
Powdered CoQ10 (has about a million doses in there so I keep taking it, have heard some negative things about it here though but not sure why)
200mg time release 5HTP (for some serotonin support, I do not do well on SSRIs but have migraine issues etc. and would like to support my seritonin at least somewhat)

I did have vegetarian DHA/EPA but I ran out, going to refil and try uridine as well. Thoughts?

Should work fine with Wellbutrin. I would switch D2 for D3 unless that was a typo...

Oh, good catch - it wasn't a typo but I didn't explain. I am vegan and most D3 is animal derived however some is not, and I know there is D3 in the multivitamin and I still take it. However I still try to get 100% vegan supplements if I can, certainly they are all vegetarian to the best of my knowledge. Also, I read that when megadosing on D vitamins D2 can be a bit safer.
