I've seen everybody including pramiracetam in their stacks and a lot of noobies wonder about it too. Its in high demand yet its hardly researched at all. Am I missing something here? Why does everyone want it?

Because it's said to be one of the more effective nootropics out there, if it works with your body chemistry.
For me it dulls out emotions a bit, but improves motivation (especially at the start of dosing) and increases cognitive performance subtly but surely.

I was under the impression that pram induces NOS. Are there any studies that prove this to be a better alternative than say piracetam or aniracetam or noopept.

Then i also read that you need a little bit of NOS activity for some reason. Lol. So essentially you'd have to get a perfect dose of pram to be sure you're not doing damage and that you're also getting the most out of pram. Seems to risky to deal with right now and the fact that it's really expensive and in short supply doesn't help.

Most of those who use Pramiracetam have reported some of the following effects that Piracetam did not offer:

- An increase in motivation

- An increase in processing speed

- Stimulation

There is no need to stack a NOS inhibitor with Pramiracetam. Just stay below 1.5 grams a day and you should be fine.

A lot of NOS inhibitors such as Agmantine are NMDA receptor antagonists (which is a counterproductive phenomenon within the context of study sessions), which is precisely why they aid in the inhibition of exotoxic processes.

I'm already taking noopept, piracetam, and aniracetam with choline cdp. They seem to work very well synergistically but would it be better to substitute pram for anything or maybe add it in? Like I said I'm just curious as to why pram is gaining such popularity with such little research on it.

Most people don't buy into supplements based on research, a lot of them base their choices on anecdotal experiences and/or first-hand experiences.

With that being said, there is a moderate amount of research on the substance. You just have to look.

I'll just wait to experiment with pram. I'm perfectly fine with what I got now and it does wonders.

Trust me. If you are happy with what you have now, I would not bother with replacing or adding anything in.

A lot of people make the mistake of attempting to 'perfect' their stacks and they get caught up with attempts to do so. This plan is not feasible from a financial and mental standpoint.

I've been perfecting my stack lol. Not a whole lot. I do my research and if I find something that sparks my interest I'll do a lot of checking around on it before I even consider buying or trying.
