I've been struggling with the concept of ADHD ever since I was diagnosed several months ago. I currently take Vyvanse 40mg and I notice amazing effects when it comes to social anxiety and making me feel confident. It dissipates the urge to fill blank space with meaningless conversation. However, I feel as though Vyvanse simply masks the effects of ADHD. I am looking for something that will lead my mind on the proper path to achieve that stability without the use of pharmaceuticals.

I occationally take Aniracetam+Choline alongside my Vyvanse and notice amazing effects. The emotional blunting effect from Vyvanse (which is the only downside, I really give zero fucks about everything that isn't goal oriented) is 'cured' when I take Aniracetam.

My stack right now consists of:

Vyvanse 40mg
Aniracetam 600-800mg
Choline Bitartrate 1g
Coffee lots
Powdered Maca root

But I am not considering the following stack which I hope to put into 00 caps for easier consumption. Weighing out my doses of Aniracetam can be inconvenient throughout the day:

Vyvanse 40mg

Capped:
Noopept 10mg
Sulbutiamine 200mg
Citi-Choline 250mg
ALCAR 500mg

And of course, coffee.

I am interested in the effects of Noopept and Citicholine vs. Aniracteam and Choline Bitartrate but more interested in Sulbutiamine's apparent ability to increase dopamine density over time. Vyvanse works by increasing dopamine and norepinephrine levels in the brain, so I am wondering if Sulbutiamine will help to increase the amount of baseline dopamine in my brain so I can wean away from amphetamine.

I have tried ALCAR in one of those "intraworkout" explosion fruity mix packets and really loved the amount of stimulation and concentration I had. Sitting down and drawing (which I am good at, but have no patience for) became a very rewarding hobby.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

I'm curious how this worked out for you. I've had the same experience with vyvanse and am trying to decide which racetam to try with it. Did noopept work better for you than aniracetam?

First of all if Vyvanse is the first med you tried you should have been placed on methylphenidate beforehand.

You often seem blunting of affect when stimulant doses are to high. I would suggest reducing the dose to 30-20mg

Why does everyone forget the noradreanline! XD

I'll be clear now, there is nothing even approaching a cure to ADHD. The only thing you can hope for is very good management. Which is going to take more than meds alone. Daily practice of mindfulness, sleep hyegine (consider melatonin supplementation) & exercise will all help improve symptoms.

The stack I would advise for you would look something like:

ALCAR + Alpha GPC (choline) 300-500mg each
DLPA 500mg/2 daily + Sulbutramine 200-1200 (very different doses needed)
Methylphenidate/Lisdexamfetamine 10-60mg
Noopept/Pramiracetam

If you get a headache you may need to increase the dosage of Alpha GPC.

Vital to any stack is omega 3 (1-2 grams), b vit complex and a good multi vit
